Recruiting Options

The Career Management Center will assist in tailoring an ideal recruiting strategy for your company that will attract the most qualified and suitable Stuart students. We offer the following services to help with your recruiting needs:

Job, Internship and Co-Op Postings:
The Career Management Center (CMC) uses the online tool eRecruiting for all position listings. These listings (for internships, co-ops, and full-time employment) are updated daily and accessible to all Stuart students and alumni via the web. As an employer, you may post openings, view applicants' resumes, and schedule interviews using your eRecruiting account. There is no charge for this service.

On-Campus Interviewing:
You are invited to recruit internship, co-op and full-time job candidates on campus year-round. Our convenient downtown location (565 W. Adams) makes it easy for employers to visit campus and conduct interviews.

Resume Books:
You may request access to our student and alumni resume books sorted by program concentration. Please contact us to request access to resume books.

Career Fairs:
The Career Management Center at the Stuart School of Business sponsors two career fairs each year - one in the Fall and one in the Spring. Our fairs allow you to advertise your organization and its openings to a large number of students in a short amount of time. There is currently no fee for employers to attend our career fairs, however, space is limited, so please contact us as far in advance as possible if you are interested in attending. Check our Career Fairs page for details.

Employer Presentations:
We invite you to visit Stuart to give a presentation about your organization and job opportunities with your company. Employer presentations can be arranged at any time of the year. Additionally, employers are welcome to send company materials to display in the Career Management Center's Library.

Advising on Hiring International Students:
Our student body is highly diverse, comprised of both domestic and international students from a variety of backgrounds. Hiring international students for co-ops or internships is an easy process and we can advise you regarding the guidelines and necessary documentation.
